Episode 3: Did I really just move into a haunted house?

We've moved! We aren't totally settled yet, but I couldn't stand to put off recording any longer.

As always, please join us in the Ravelry group, Moonbeam Makes Podcast. We've got 44 members. I'd really love to do a 100 member giveaway once we reach that milestone.

Special thanks to everyone who has already joined the group, commented on threads and given feedback for my first two episodes. It really means a lot to me! Don't forget about the thread where you can list all of your favorite podcasts, knitting related or not.

FOs
Nick's slouchy hat // US size 11 needles // Gnome Acres - 88mph
Evergreen Socks - Madeline Gannon // US size 1 // Knit Picks Hawthorne Fingering - Sauvie Island

WIPs
Great Up North Mittens are still on the needles. I do not show these as I haven't made much progress.
- I decided not to cast on the Moonraker shawl, but have decided on the Tailwind by Clara Falk Instead. I'm using Knit Picks Palette fingering in rouge, lichen, shoal, and oyster heather.
- Cozy Memories Blanket - 3 new squares
- Vanilla Burger Socks // "Beefsquatch" by Nomadic Yarns in the Trusty Sock base

Stash Enhancement
- "Beefsquatch" as previously mentioned
- Belcher Family sock cube from Nomadic Yarns
- Mystery Skein from Voolenvine Yarns // "Faerie Moss" on the Silky base
- "Stormy Day" from The Lemonade Shop

Personal Notes
I need to find an LYS near my new home. What I've read about certain stores around here doesn't sound too welcoming. I'd rather not put my town out on the open internet, so if you have any LYS suggestions in North/NorthWest New Jersey, please feel free to email me or send me a message on Ravelry.

New sewing machine from mom for my birthday! I'll be posting some new project bags in my Etsy shop soon as well as embarking on a new crafty business venture, which I am keeping under wraps for now.

Hoping for an Ikea trip this weekend as I have never been. I specifically want to purchase this rug.
